Description

These barbecue chicken wings are a classic that never fails. The key is the initial brine, which leaves them juicy and full of flavor. I often prepare them for informal gatherings with friends or for a quick and tasty lunch. The barbecue sauce gives them a sweet and smoky touch that everyone loves. Also, by baking them in the oven, we avoid frying and they are lighter. Go ahead and try them, they are very easy to make and the result is spectacular! Perfect for sharing and enjoying.

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

  • 1 kg Chicken wings
  • 250 g Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 ml Water
  • 20 g Salt

Brine preparation

In the Thermomix bowl, add 2 ml of water and 20 g of salt. Mix for 10 seconds/Speed 3 to dissolve the salt completely.

Marinating the wings

Introduce 1 kg of whole chicken wings (without the wing tip) into the bowl with the brine. Make sure they are well covered. Let it marinate for 30 minutes outside the Thermomix.

Drying and preparation for baking

Drain the wings well and dry them with kitchen paper. Paint the wings with 250 g of barbecue sauce using a brush. Place the wings on an oven rack.

Baking the wings

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ºC for 35 minutes. Paint the wings with barbecue sauce every 10 minutes (3 times in total) during baking.
