Ingredients (7 ingredients)

250 g soft butter

125 g sugar

1 Stück egg

1 EL lemon juice

1 TL grated lemon zest

375 g flour

0.5 TL baking powder
Preparation (6 steps)
Mix sugar and lemon zest
Put sugar and grated lemon zest into the mixing bowl and pulverize for 15 sec./speed 10.
Add butter, egg and lemon juice
Add soft butter in pieces, egg and lemon juice and mix for 30 sec./speed 4.
Mix flour and baking powder and add
Mix flour and baking powder, add to the mixing bowl and process for 2 min./kneading stage to a smooth dough.
Chill the dough
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Cut out and bake cookies
Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to about 3 mm thick and cut out cookies. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes.
Let cool and decorate
After baking, let the cookies cool on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar or decorate with icing as desired.
