Description

These dark chocolate chocolates are a real sin of gluttony! I often prepare them when I fancy something sweet and don't want to turn on the oven. The recipe is very simple and quick, perfect for a sudden cuddle or a homemade gift. The dark chocolate, combined with the sweetness of condensed milk, creates an irresistible combination. The texture is soft and melting, a real pleasure for the palate. Ideal to enjoy with a coffee or a hot tea, these chocolates are a small luxury that you can treat yourself to at any time. They are prepared in a flash and are also perfect for those less experienced in the kitchen!

Ingredients (3 ingredients)

  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 400 g Condensed milk
  • 50 g Butter

Preparation (5 steps)

Chop the chocolate

Thermomix® Setting
10 Sec./Speed 8

Insert 200g of dark chocolate into the bowl and chop for 10 Sec./Level 8. Transfer the chopped chocolate to a heat-resistant bowl.

Melt chocolate and butter in a bain-marie

Fill a pot with water for 1/3 and bring it to a boil. Place the bowl with the chopped chocolate and 50g of butter over the pot (in a bain-marie). Make sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Melt the chocolate and butter, stirring gently with a spatula until smooth.

Add the condensed milk

Remove the bowl from the bain-marie and add 400g of condensed milk to the melted chocolate and butter mixture. Mix well with the spatula until a smooth, lump-free mixture is obtained.

Pour into the mould and cool

Line a 20x20 cm square mould with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the mould and level the surface. Leave to cool at room temperature, then transfer to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Cut and serve

After the resting time, remove the chocolate from the mould and cut it into cubes of about 4 cm per side. Serve cold.
