Description

This creamy feta dip is an absolute highlight for every barbecue party or as a delicious bread spread. I especially like to make it in the summer when fresh tomatoes and olives are in season. The dip is super quick to prepare and tastes simply delicious! The combination of creamy feta, yogurt, garlic, olives and sun-dried tomatoes is simply unbeatable. If you like it a little spicier, you can add a pinch of chili. The dip is vegetarian and can be prepared well in advance. A real all-rounder that is always well received by my guests!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 300 g Feta
  • 100 g Yogurt mild
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 100 g Kalamata Olives
  • 50 g Tomatoes, dried

Preparation (4 steps)

Chop garlic

Put 1 clove garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 7.

Prepare feta cream

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 5

Add 300 g feta in cubes, the chopped garlic, 100 g yogurt and 1 tbsp olive oil to the mixing bowl and puree for 20 sec./level 5 to a smooth cream. If necessary, use the spatula to scrape down from the edge and repeat the process.

Prepare olives and tomatoes

Cut 100 g olives and 50 g dried tomatoes into small cubes.

Refine dip

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Linkslauf/Speed 2 Reverse

Add the diced olives and tomatoes to the mixing bowl and stir into the cream for 10 sec./reverse/level 2. Season with pepper.
