Description
“Warm Chocolate Cupcake” relies on bittersweet chocolate, butter, eggs, sugar, flour for a harmonious aroma. The dish is ready to serve in about 30 minutes. 150 g Bittersweet chocolate

Preparation (8 steps)
Preheat oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat.
Melt chocolate and butter
Put 150 g of bittersweet chocolate in pieces and 150 g of butter into the mixing bowl and melt for 3 min./50°C/speed 2.
Stir chocolate mixture
Stir the melted chocolate and butter for 20 sec./speed 3.
Add eggs and sugar
Add 2 eggs and 50 g of sugar to the mixing bowl and stir for 30 sec./speed 4.
Add flour
Add 50 g of flour and stir for 20 sec./speed 3.
Fill molds with dough
Pour the dough into greased and floured molds.
Bake cupcakes
Bake the cupcakes in the preheated oven for approx. 10-12 minutes. They should still be liquid inside.
Serve
Let the cupcakes cool slightly and serve warm.
