Description

This stuffed Spanish omelette is a delicious and quick option for breakfast or a light brunch. The combination of eggs, grated cheese and cooked ham creates a tasty and comforting dish. It is a recipe that I often make when I need something quick and nutritious. The preparation is very simple and in a few minutes you have a dish ready to enjoy. You can add some cherry tomatoes and cucumber to complement the dish and make it even more complete. It is perfect to start the day with energy or for a quick and easy dinner! It is also an excellent way to take advantage of those leftover cheese and ham that you have in the fridge.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 3 piece eggs
  • 0.01 l evo oil
  • 50 g York Ham or turkey breast
  • 30 g grated cheese
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper (optional)
  • 2 piece cherry tomatoes
  • 7 rodaja cucumber

Preparation (5 steps)

Beat the eggs with cheese

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 4

In the Thermomix bowl, add the eggs and grated cheese. Mix for 10 seconds at speed 4.

Heat the pan

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat with a few drops of oil.

Cook the omelette

Pour the egg and cheese mixture into the hot pan. Add the cooked ham or turkey breast. Cook over medium-low heat until the omelette is almost set.

Fold and finish cooking

Fold the omelette in half and cook for a few more minutes, until golden brown on both sides.

Serve

Serve the hot omelette accompanied by cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices.
