Description

These stuffed turkey rolls are a hearty and aromatic dish that is wonderful for a family meal. The filling of ham, fresh herbs and onions gives the rolls a special touch. The creamy sauce with lemon juice and white wine rounds off the dish perfectly. I like to make these turkey rolls when I want to cook something special without standing in the kitchen for hours. The preparation with the Thermomix® is super easy and always succeeds. The rolls are juicy, tender and simply delicious! Ideal for those who like to enjoy meat dishes with a refined touch.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 200 g Ham finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Parsley finely chopped
  • 0.5 piece Onion(s) grated
  • Thyme
  • Oregano
  • 4 piece Turkey cutlets
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 50 ml Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp White wine
  • 1 tbsp Seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 2 Prise(n) Salt

Preparation (8 steps)

Chop ham

Thermomix® Setting
5 sec/Speed 5

Place the diced ham in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5. Transfer and set aside.

Chop parsley

Thermomix® Setting
3 sec/Speed 8

Put the parsley in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 8. Add to the ham.

Grate onion

Thermomix® Setting
5 sec/Speed 5

Put half the onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5. Add to the ham and parsley.

Mix filling

Mix ham, parsley, onion, thyme and oregano well in a bowl.

Prepare cutlets

Pound the turkey cutlets very flat with a meat mallet and spread with the filling. Roll up and cut each roll in half in the middle. Place in a gratin dish. This results in 2 standing rolls per cutlet.

Prepare sauce

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 4

Put cream, lemon juice, white wine, seasoned salt, cornstarch and salt in the mixing bowl and stir for 20 sec./speed 4.

Pour sauce over cutlets

Pour the sauce over the prepared cutlets in the gratin dish.

Bake cutlets

Preheat the oven to 200 °C and bake the cutlets in it for approx. 45 minutes.
