  • 1 Kopf Savoy Cabbage
  • 500 g Potatoes, waxy
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 2 EL Clarified Butter
  • 500 g Mixed Ground Meat
  • 1 l Vegetable Broth
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • 2 TL Sweet Paprika Powder
  • 200 g Sour Cream
  • Parsley

Preparation (8 steps)

Prepare the Savoy Cabbage

Halve the savoy cabbage, remove the stalk, and cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Prepare the Potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into approximately 1 cm cubes. Set aside.

Chop Onion and Garlic

Peel and halve the onion and place it in the mixing bowl with the garlic clove. Chop for 3 sec/speed 5.

Sauté Onion and Garlic

Add 2 tbsp clarified butter and sauté for 3 min/120°C/speed 1.

Brown the Ground Meat

Brown the ground meat in a separate pan with some clarified butter, season with salt and pepper, and then add to the mixing bowl.

Add Potatoes and Broth

Add the diced potatoes and 1 l vegetable broth to the mixing bowl. Simmer for 10 min/100°C/speed 1.

Add Savoy Cabbage and Cook

Add the chopped savoy cabbage to the mixing bowl and cook for 15 min/100°C/Reverse speed 1, until the savoy cabbage has reduced somewhat and the potatoes are soft.

Season and Serve

Season the savoy cabbage stew with salt, pepper, and 2 tsp sweet paprika powder. Serve with 200 g sour cream and chopped parsley.
