Description

This vegetarian spinach vegetable lasagna with tomato sauce is a hearty and satisfying main course. Chop onion and garlic

Peel and quarter the onion. Peel the garlic cloves. Place the onion and garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec/speed 5. Use the spatula to scrape everything down from the edge.

Add butter to the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min/120°C/speed 1.

Prepare and chop vegetables

Peel the carrots and cut into coarse pieces. Clean and halve the mushrooms. Add carrots and mushrooms to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec/speed 4. Use the spatula to scrape everything down from the edge.

Layer lasagna

Place a layer of tomato sauce in a baking dish. Place lasagna sheets on top. Spread a layer of spinach vegetable mixture on top. Repeat this process until all ingredients are used up. Finish with a layer of tomato sauce.

Sprinkle cheese and bake

Sprinkle grated cheese over the lasagna and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
