Description
This aromatic spice salt from the Thermomix® refines hearty dishes and Mediterranean cuisine. Allspice, star anise, colorful peppercorns, thyme, bay leaves, cloves, and organic orange combine with coarse sea salt to create a flavorful blend. Preparation as a gift idea or for the winter season takes only 15 minutes and yields one portion. Ideal for seasoning finger foods and main courses.

240 g Coarse Sea Salt
Preparation (3 steps)
Chop Spices
Place 12 allspice berries, 3 star anise, 1 tbsp colorful peppercorns, 2 tbsp dried thyme, 3 bay leaves, and 10 cloves into the mixing bowl and chop for 15 sec/speed 10.
Grate Orange Zest
Wash 1 organic orange with hot water and grate the peel with a kitchen grater. Be sure to only remove the outer layer to avoid bitter substances.
Mix Spice Salt
Add the orange zest and 240 g coarse sea salt to the chopped spices in the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec/speed 4.
