Description

This pizza with rocket and cured ham is an absolute delight! The crispy dough, the fruity tomatoes and the spicy cheese harmonize perfectly with the fresh rocket and the tender cured ham. Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 1 Pkt. Pizza dough
  • 1 kl. Dose/n Pizza tomatoes with oregano
  • 150 g Cheese of your choice
  • 200 g Cherry tomato(es)
  • 2 Zehe/n Garlic
  • 1 bunch Rocket
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 200 g Parma ham or Serrano ham, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop garlic

Thermomix® Setting

Add 2 cloves of garlic to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Scrape down the side with the spatula.

Prepare tomatoes

Halve 200 g of cherry tomatoes and put them in a bowl together with the chopped garlic. Set aside.

Prepare rocket

Wash 1 bunch of rocket (approx. 150 g), cut off the thick stems and add to the tomatoes in the bowl. Mix everything together.

Top pizza dough

Prepare 1 packet of pizza dough according to the package instructions and roll it out on a baking sheet. Spread about half a can of pizza tomatoes with oregano on the dough and sprinkle with 150 g of cheese of your choice.

Bake pizza

Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at approx. 200 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes.

Season salad

A good 5 minutes before the pizza is finished baking, add 2 tsp of olive oil to the tomato rocket salad and season with salt and pepper from the mill. Mix briefly.

Top and serve pizza

Take the pizza out of the oven after the baking time and arrange it on plates in portions. Spread 200 g of cured ham in thin slices on top and then add the tomato rocket salad. Serve immediately.
