Description

This low-carbohydrate yogurt bread is a high-protein and gluten-free alternative to traditional bread. With almonds, hazelnuts, yogurt, and eggs, it is ideal for a low-carb diet. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes only 50 minutes and yields 12 servings. Perfect for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 4 Stück Eggs
  • 250 g Yogurt
  • 100 g Almonds
  • 50 g Hazelnuts
  • 1 Päckchen Baking powder
  • 1 TL Salt

Preparation (4 steps)

Grind almonds and hazelnuts

15 sec/Speed 10

Put 100 g almonds and 50 g hazelnuts into the mixing bowl and grind for 15 sec/speed 10. Transfer the ground material and set aside.

Mix eggs, yogurt and salt

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 4

Put 4 eggs, 250 g yogurt and 1 tsp salt into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 4.

Add ground nuts and baking powder

Add the ground almond-hazelnut flour from step 1 and 1 packet of baking powder to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 4.

Bake dough

Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan (approx. 20 cm) and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C top/bottom heat for approx. 35 minutes.
