Description

This homemade fresh pasta recipe is a classic that always triumphs. Preparing it at home is easier than it seems, and the result is spectacular! With just two main ingredients, wheat flour and egg, you can enjoy a delicious and authentic pasta. The key is to knead well and let the dough rest to make it perfect. Ideal for a special meal or to surprise your guests with a dish made with love. In addition, you can give it the shape you like best: spaghetti, ravioli, tagliatelle… The possibilities are endless! Perfect for a vegetarian meal and very easy to prepare.

Ingredients (2 ingredients)

  • 125 g wheat flour
  • 1 piece egg

Preparation (5 steps)

Mix and knead

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/Kneading speed

Place 500 g of wheat flour and 2 eggs in the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 3 Min./Kneading stage until a homogeneous dough is obtained. If the dough is too dry, add a little water (1 tsp at a time). If it is too wet, add a little more flour (1 tbsp at a time).

Form a ball and rest

Remove the dough from the Thermomix bowl and form a ball. Wrap the ball in transparent film and let it rest for at least 1 hour at room temperature.

Roll out the dough

After resting, remove the transparent film and roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface until you obtain a very thin sheet, approximately 2 mm thick.

Cut the pasta

Cut the sheet of dough into the desired shape: spaghetti, tagliatelle, ravioli, etc. For tagliatelle, roll up the sheet and cut into thin strips.

Cook the pasta

Cook the fresh pasta in boiling water with salt for 2-3 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and serve immediately with the desired sauce.
