Description

This remoulade is a delicious dip or sauce that can be used in many ways. It is prepared with mayonnaise, pickled gherkins, cooked ham, hard-boiled egg and capers. Preparation only takes 20 minutes and is easy. Ideal as a side dish for fish, meat or vegetables.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 0.5 Tasse Mayonnaise
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • nach Geschmack Mustard
  • 1 keine small pickled gherkin
  • 50 g lean cooked ham
  • 1 Stück hard-boiled Egg
  • 1 TL Capers

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare Mayonnaise

Add 1/2 cup of mayonnaise to the mixing bowl and stir in salt, pepper and mustard. 10 sec./speed 3.

Chop pickled gherkins and lean cooked ham

Place a small pickled gherkin and 50g lean cooked ham with the Wundermix WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid. Choose the fine slice and cut the cucumber and ham into fine strips. Collect the cut material and set aside.

Complete the remoulade

Add the chopped pickled gherkins and ham, 1 hard-boiled egg and 1 tsp capers to the mayonnaise in the mixing bowl and stir in for 10 sec./reverse/speed 2.

Season

Season the remoulade and add salt and pepper if necessary.
