Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 225 g Pasta (Penne or Tagliatelle)
  • 2.5 piece Wild garlic sausages
  • 2 tbsp Wild garlic pesto (ready-made)
  • 1 piece small Onion
  • 1 piece Clove of garlic (optional)
  • 100 ml Cream (or half cream)
  • 50 ml Pasta water
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil or Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan (optional)

Preparation (8 steps)

Chop Onion

Put Onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5.

Sauté Onion

Add olive oil or butter to the onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Chop garlic (optional)

Add clove of garlic (optional) to the onions in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 7.

Prepare sausage

Press the wild garlic sausages out of the skin and fry in a separate pan.

Prepare sauce

Add cream (or half cream) and wild garlic pesto to the mixing bowl and heat for 3 min./90°C/level 2. Leave the measuring cup on.

Add pasta water and stir in for 1 min./90°C/level 2. Leave the measuring cup on.

Add sausage

Thermomix® Setting
1 min/194°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 194°F Reverse

Add the fried wild garlic sausage to the mixing bowl and stir in for 1 min./90°C/reverse rotation level 1. Season with salt and pepper. Leave the measuring cup on.

Serve pasta

Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce and serve. Optionally sprinkle with Parmesan.
