Description
This vegan raspberry matcha refreshment drink with raspberries, matcha and rice syrup is prepared in the Thermomix® in just 10 minutes. The cold drink is ideal for warm days and yields one serving. It is perfect as a refreshing pick-me-up or for a light, vegan diet.
Ingredients (7 ingredients)

Rice syrup

Maple syrup
-
Ice cubes

1 TL Matcha powder
-
50 ml Water
-
150 ml Plant-based drink
Preparation (7 steps)
Prepare raspberries
Put 2 tbsp raspberries in a drinking glass and mash very well with a spoon.
Sweeten (optional)
Optionally sweeten with rice syrup or maple syrup.
Add ice cubes
Add ice cubes to the glass.
Sift matcha powder
Sift 1 tsp matcha powder into the mixing bowl.
Mix matcha powder with water
Add 50 ml water and stir for 10 sec/speed 3.
Add plant-based drink
Add 150 ml plant-based drink to the glass.
Add matcha mixture
Pour the matcha water mixture from the mixing bowl into the glass and stir with a spoon.
