Description

These high protein rolls without flour are a great alternative for a low-carbohydrate diet. They are rich in proteins and fiber and are ideal for breakfast or as a snack. The preparation is quick and easy, the baking time is about 30 minutes. The recipe is suitable for Low Carb and Keto.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 250 g Quark
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 30 g Psyllium seed husks
  • 10 g Chia seeds
  • 10 g Linseed
  • 30 g Grated cheese
  • 8 g Baking powder
  • 2 g Salt
  • 2 g Sesame

Mix ingredients

Add 250g quark, 2 eggs, 30g psyllium seed husks, 10g chia seeds, 10g linseed, 30g grated cheese, 8g baking powder, 2g salt and 2g sesame into the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec./speed 4.

Shape rolls

Form the dough into approx. 4 rolls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake rolls

Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 200°C for approx. 30 minutes until golden brown.
