Description
With the Thermomix® Krepli (rolled cakes) are easy and quick. This recipe for approx. 15 servings includes eggs, flour, sugar, sour cream and buttermilk. Preparation takes about 130 minutes, 30 minutes of which is active working time. Krepli are an ideal finger food or pastry for festive occasions and taste great for the whole family. This inexpensive recipe is perfect for anyone looking for a simple dessert.

100 g Sugar

1 Priese Salt

75 g Sour cream

250 g Buttermilk

580 g Flour
Preparation (7 steps)
Prepare dough
Add all ingredients to the mixing bowl and knead for 4 min./kneading stage.
Let the dough rest
Place the dough in a lightly floured bowl, cover and let rest for about 60 minutes.
Shape and divide the dough
Place the dough on a floured work surface. Form into a ball and then quarter it.
Roll out and cut out balls
Roll each ball into a square about 0.5 cm thick and divide into strips of equal width and cut these again.
Cut a slit and pull the end through
Make a slit in the middle and pull one end through.
Fry Krepli
Heat oil in the pan so that the Krepli float and fry both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
Drain Krepli
Place the finished Krepli on a kitchen paper, so that the oil can be absorbed a little.
