Description

This chocolate-nut tartlet recipe for the Thermomix® is an ideal finger food dessert for festive occasions such as Christmas. The main ingredients are hazelnuts, chocolate, flour, eggs and margarine. Preparation takes about 65 minutes, of which 45 minutes are active working time. The recipe yields about 20 servings and is well suited as a cake or cookie for the whole family.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 125 g Margarine
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 Päckchen Vanilla sugar
  • 3 Stück Eggs
  • 250 g Flour
  • 0.5 Päckchen Baking powder
  • 200 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 100 g Shredded chocolate
  • 0.75 Stück Rum-Bake (to taste)
  • 1 EL Water
  • 1 Stück Chocolate glaze or couverture (bittersweet)
  • 1 Stück Grated almonds

Preparation (8 steps)

Mix margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy

Put margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar in the mixing bowl and mix for 2 min./speed 3 until fluffy.

Stir in eggs

Add eggs and stir in for 30 sec./speed 3.

Mix flour and baking powder and add

Mix flour and baking powder, sift into the mixing bowl and stir in for 30 sec./speed 3. Use spatula to loosen everything from the edge.

Add remaining ingredients

Add ground hazelnuts, chopped candied lemon peel, shredded chocolate and Rum-Bake to the mixing bowl and stir in for 30 sec./speed 3. Use spatula to loosen everything from the edge.

Check dough consistency and add water if necessary

If the dough is too firm, add 1 tbsp of water and stir for 10 sec./speed 3.

Fill baking molds

Place baking molds next to each other on a baking sheet and fill the molds well halfway with dough. Place a hazelnut in the middle.

Baking

Slide the baking sheet onto the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake at 170-180°C (gas mark 3) for 15-20 minutes.

Garnish tartlets

After baking, let the tartlets cool. Dissolve couverture or ready-made chocolate glaze in a hot water bath. Spread the tartlets with it, leaving out the hazelnut (do not spread). Immediately sprinkle chopped almonds around the hazelnut on the tartlets.
