Description
This lemon-ginger liqueur is a refreshing drink, perfect for the winter season. Prepared with fresh ginger and untreated lemons, it is a special treat. Preparation takes about 1 hour and 25 minutes, including a steeping time of 2 weeks. The recipe is designed for one serving and is ideal as a festive drink.
Ingredients (4 ingredients)

80 g Ginger, fresh

2 Stück Lemon(s), untreated

200 g Sugar

400 ml Vodka
Preparation (4 steps)
Prepare ginger
Peel 80 g ginger and cut into fine slices.
Prepare lemons
Wash and dry 2 untreated lemons and peel the zest so thinly that there is no white on it. Squeeze the lemons and measure out 100 ml of juice.
Boil ingredients
Put 100 ml lemon juice, 200 ml water, 200 g sugar, lemon zest and ginger into the mixing bowl and bring to the boil for 10 min./100°C/speed 1.
Cool down and steep
Let the mixture cool down. Then add 400 ml vodka and pour everything into a clean bottle. Close the bottle and let the liqueur steep for 2 weeks.
