Description

This chicken salad is an explosion of oriental flavours! Perfect for a light lunch or a summer picnic, it combines the delicacy of roast chicken with the freshness of green beans and the sweetness of potatoes. The final touch of soy sauce and toasted sesame seeds adds a unique and irresistible flavour. Preparation is very simple and quick, ideal when you have little time but don't want to give up taste. A great alternative to using leftover roast chicken! Rich in protein and easy to digest, it is suitable for everyone.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 2 piece roast chicken thighs
  • 300 g boiled potatoes
  • 250 g boiled green beans
  • olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • toasted sesame seeds

Preparation of the chicken

Remove the skin from the roast chicken thighs and separate the meat from the bones. With your hands, make chicken fillets. This step is performed manually to ensure the right consistency of the chicken in the salad.

Preparation of the ingredients

Take a spacious bowl and put in the boiled potatoes cut into cubes and the boiled green beans.

Salad dressing

Add the chicken to the bowl with the potatoes and green beans. Add the olive oil and soy sauce. Mix gently with a spoon to mix all the ingredients well. Do not add salt, because the soy sauce is already very savory.

Toasting the sesame seeds

Pour the sesame seeds into the clean, dry bowl. Toast the sesame seeds for 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Plating

Transfer the chicken salad to a serving dish and decorate with the toasted sesame seeds.
