Description
This Thermomix® spread is an aromatic butter with roasted garlic, refined with olive oil, salt, and fresh parsley. Preparation with the Thermomix® takes about 30 minutes. The recipe is vegetarian and ideal as a dip, for grilling, or as a special spread for parties. The garlic butter is perfect as finger food or an appetizer.

Parsley leaves
Preparation (6 steps)
Prepare garlic
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees convection. Peel 6-8 garlic cloves and place in an ovenproof dish. Add 1 tbsp olive oil and season with salt.
Roast garlic
Roast the garlic cloves in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until they are soft and lightly browned. Then let cool and chop finely.
Cream butter
Place 250 g soft butter in the mixing bowl and mix for 2 minutes/speed 3 until light and fluffy.
Chop parsley
Finely chop a few parsley leaves.
Mix everything together
Add chopped garlic and parsley to the butter in the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 2/Reverse.
Shape and chill
Place the butter on a piece of parchment paper and form into a roll. Refrigerate until ready to use.
