Description
This hearty bacon-onion-cream dressing for salad is prepared in the Thermomix® with bacon, onions, cream and fresh herbs. The preparation takes only 10 minutes and yields 6 servings. Ideal as a flavorful salad dressing for quick cooking. Goes well with hearty salads or as a dip.
Ingredients (9 ingredients)

10 g Chervil, picked

10 g Parsley, picked

60 g red onion, halved

200 g streaky bacon, smoked, in small cubes

100 g Cream

30 g Apple vinegar

0.75 TL Salt

0.5 TL Pepper

1 Prise Sugar
Preparation (5 steps)
Chop herbs
Put chervil and parsley in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 seconds/speed 8. Transfer and set aside.
Chop onion
Place red onion, halved, in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 seconds/speed 5. Scrape down with the spatula.
Fry bacon
Add bacon cubes and fry in a separate pan.
Prepare dressing
Add chopped herbs, cream, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar and stir for 5 seconds/speed 3.
Serve dressing
Serve bacon-onion-cream dressing with a salad of your choice.
