Description

This American Cheesecake, prepared in the Thermomix®, is a creamy cheesecake classic with a cookie base. The main ingredients are cream cheese, cookies, butter, sugar and eggs. The recipe yields 12 servings and has a preparation time of 30 minutes, the total time including cooling is 360 minutes. Ideal as a festive dessert, for coffee or for cheesecake lovers.

250 g Cookies
100 g Butter, melted
750 g Cream cheese
175 g Sugar
1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
1 EL Lemon juice
3 Stück Eggs
200 g Cream

Preparation (7 steps)

Prepare cookie base

Place the cookies in the mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec./speed 8.

Complete cookie base

Place the chopped cookies and melted butter in a bowl and mix well.

Press cookie base into mold

Place the cookie-butter mixture in a springform pan (26 cm diameter) and press firmly as a base. Place the mold in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Prepare cream cheese filling

Put the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and eggs in the mixing bowl and stir for 40 sec./speed 4.

Add the cream and stir for another 20 sec./speed 3.

Bake cheesecake

Pour the cream cheese filling onto the cookie base and smooth it out. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 175°C top/bottom heat for approx. 50-60 minutes. After baking, let the cake cool in the switched-off oven.
