Cocoa rings for christmas

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 160 g Butter
  • 160 g Margarine
  • 110 g Icing sugar
  • 3 Stück Egg yolk
  • 1 Stück Whole egg
  • 100 g Cornstarch
  • 50 g Baking cocoa
  • 310 g Flour

Preparation (5 steps)

Beat butter, margarine and icing sugar until fluffy

Put 160 g butter, 160 g margarine and 110 g icing sugar into the mixing bowl and beat until fluffy for at least 10 minutes.

Whisk eggs and stir in

Whisk 3 egg yolks and 1 whole egg and slowly mix into the mixture in the mixing bowl.

Mix cornstarch, cocoa and flour and stir in

Mix 100 g cornstarch, 50 g baking cocoa and 310 g flour and mix into the mixture in the mixing bowl.

Process dough and bake

Take the dough out of the mixing bowl, form into rings and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C top/bottom heat for approx. 8-10 minutes.

Decorate

After baking, decorate the cocoa rings as desired.
