  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 Stück Egg
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 100 g Butter
  • 0.5 Würfel Yeast
  • 0.125 l Milk
  • 700 g Apples
  • 6 EL Cashews
  • 6 EL Cranberries
  • 1 Stück Egg
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 Päckchen Vanilla Pudding Powder
  • 2 EL Sugar

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare the dough

Thermomix® Setting

Place 250 g flour, 1 egg, 60 g sugar, 100 g butter, 1/2 cube of yeast and 1/8 l milk into the mixing bowl. Process into a dough using the Patix dough knife for 2 min./knead setting.

Prepare apples

Peel 700 g apples and cut into thin slices using the Wundermix WunderSlicer V2. Place the WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid and select the fine slice. Catch the apple slices.

Prepare the filling

Place 6 tbsp cashews, 6 tbsp cranberries, 1 egg, 500 ml milk and 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder in the mixing bowl. Cook for 7 min./90°C/speed 3.

Complete the cake

Roll out the dough and place in a cake tin. Spread the apple slices on the dough and pour the pudding filling over it. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp sugar.

Bake

Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 40 minutes.
