Description

This apple tart is a true delight and so easy to prepare! I especially like to make it in the fall when the apples come fresh from the tree. The combination of the crispy puff pastry, the fruity apple compote, and the delicate apple slices is simply irresistible. A touch of vanilla and cinnamon perfectly rounds off the taste experience. The preparation is very easy and is guaranteed to succeed. Ideal for a cozy afternoon with friends or as a crowning finale to a delicious meal. If you like, you can sprinkle some powdered sugar on top. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • to taste cinnamon
  • 1 jaune d'oeuf egg
  • 1 pâte puff pastry
  • 1 container apple compote
  • 3 piece apples

Preheat oven

Spread the apple compote on the puff pastry and place the tart in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. The Thermomix is not required for this.

Peel, quarter, and slice the apples into thin slices. The Thermomix is not required for this.

Remove the tart from the oven and arrange the apple slices in a spiral pattern on the apple compote. The Thermomix is not required for this.

Sprinkle tart

Sprinkle the apple tart with vanilla sugar and cinnamon. The Thermomix is not required for this.

Whisk egg yolk (optional)

Put the egg yolk in the mixing bowl and mix for 5 sec/speed 3. Then brush the apple tart with it. This step is optional.
