Description

This spice blend is a real treasure for flavoring chicken! Preparing it at home with the Thermomix® is very easy and quick. Simply combine the dried aromatic herbs, peppercorns and salt, then chop everything finely. The fragrance that is released is simply delicious! By adding garlic and hot paprika powder, you get a perfect mix to season not only chicken, but also turkey and other types of poultry. I often use it to prepare a succulent and tasty roast chicken, ideal for a family dinner or with friends. It can be kept for a long time in an airtight jar, ready for use!

1 q.b. Dried parsley
1 q.b. Dried sage
1 q.b. Dried marjoram
1 q.b. Dehydrated onion flakes
1 q.b. Dried rosemary
1 q.b. Black peppercorns
1 q.b. Hot paprika
1 q.b. Garlic powder
1 q.b. Salt

Preparation (3 steps)

Chop the dried spices

20 sec/Speed 10

Place the dried parsley, dried sage, dried marjoram, dried rosemary, dehydrated onion flakes, black peppercorns and salt in the bowl. Close the bowl and chop finely for 20 Sec./Stufe 10.

Refine the mixture

10 sec/Speed 10

Pour the powder obtained into a fine-mesh sieve. Collect the larger grains remaining in the sieve and put them back in the bowl. Chop again for 10 Sec./Stufe 10 to obtain a finer powder.
