This chickpea and pumpkin curry is a comforting and flavorful dish, perfect for cooler days.   • 500 gramos Cooked chickpeas
  • 400 gramos Pumpkin
  • 2 dientes Garlic
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 piece Chili pepper
  • 2 cucharadas soperas Curry powder
  • 500 mililitros Water
  • 1 piece Red onion
  • 1 piece Ripe tomato
  • 1 chorro Sunflower oil
  • 15 gramos Fresh ginger

Preparation of the ingredients

Gather all the ingredients: 500 grams of cooked chickpeas, 400 grams of pumpkin, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 chili pepper, 15 grams of fresh ginger, 1 red onion, 1 ripe tomato, 2 tablespoons of curry powder, 500 milliliters of water, 1 pinch of salt and a splash of sunflower oil.

Crush garlic, chili pepper and ginger

Put the 2 cloves of garlic, the chili pepper and the 15 grams of fresh ginger in the bowl. Crush for 3 seconds at speed 7.

Sauté garlic, chili pepper and ginger

Incorporate the 400 grams of pumpkin cut into cubes and the ripe tomato cut into pieces. Add salt. Cook for 15 minutes at 100°C at speed 1.

Add 250 milliliters of water and cook for 20 minutes at 100°C at speed 1. Stir with the spatula from time to time.
