Description

These Asian fried noodles are a quick and satisfying dish, perfect for after work. I often make them when I need something quick and still want something healthy on the table. The chicken is marinated in soy sauce and fried together with fresh vegetables and crunchy soy bean sprouts. The eggs provide a creamy consistency and make the dish even richer. If you like it spicier, you can add some chili powder. An absolute favorite recipe that is always well received by friends and family!

Ingredients (15 ingredients)

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 300 g Chicken or turkey
  • 1 piece Carrot(s)
  • 0.5 piece Bell pepper(s) red or yellow
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • Leek onions, or spring onions
  • 5 piece Mushrooms fresh
  • 1 Glas Soybean sprouts
  • Ginger powder
  • Broth
  • Salt
  • Chili powder
  • 2 piece Egg(s)
  • Sesame oil or other oil
  • 6 tbsp Soy sauce

Preparation (7 steps)

Prepare carrot and garlic

Thermomix® Setting
5 sec/Speed 5, 3 sec/Speed 7

Peel the carrot and put it in the mixing bowl. Chop for 5 sec./speed 5. Peel the garlic and add. Chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Push down with the spatula.

Sauté vegetables

Thermomix® Setting

Put some oil in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add mushrooms and peppers

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Chop the peppers and add to the mixing bowl along with the mushrooms. Sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Cook noodles

At the same time, bring pasta water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Fry meat (NOT IN THERMOMIX!)

Cut the meat into strips and marinate in half of the soy sauce for half an hour. Fry the meat, garlic and onions (or leeks) in a pan over high heat. Add the vegetables (except sprouts) when the meat is almost done (possibly turn down the heat a little).

Add noodles and sprouts

Add noodles, soybean sprouts and the rest of the soy sauce to the pan. Fry until the vegetables have reached the desired firmness. Season with ginger powder, broth, salt and chili powder.

Add eggs and let set

Add the eggs and stir well. (You can also stir the spices into the eggs beforehand). Fry with the lid on over medium heat until the egg has the desired consistency.
