Description

This avocado spread is a delicious and healthy dip, ideal as a breakfast, appetizer or finger food. It is vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free and can be prepared quickly and easily in the Thermomix®. Refined with fresh herbs and spices, it is a delight for every taste. Perfect for a brunch or as a light snack in between.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

1 piece fully ripe Avocado
0.5 piece small Onion
1 piece Garlic clove
100 g Cucumber
1 tbsp fresh Herbs
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
0.25 tsp Natural salt
Pepper

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare avocado

Halve the avocado, pit and remove the flesh with a tablespoon.

Chop avocado

Place the avocado flesh together with 1 garlic clove, 1 tbsp lemon juice, ¼ tsp natural salt and pepper in the mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec./speed 5.

Stir avocado mixture

Use the spatula to scrape the avocado mixture down from the edge and stir for 5 sec./speed 3.
