Description

These nougat sticks are a delicious Thermomix® cookie recipe with margarine, powdered sugar, egg yolk and cinnamon as main ingredients. Preparation takes about 90 minutes and yields a large portion ideal for festive occasions. The recipe is perfect for those who enjoy baking and want to enjoy a chocolatey finger food or dessert. The nougat sticks go particularly well with the Christmas season.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 100 g Margarine
  • 100 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 P Vanilla sugar
  • 3 Stück Egg yolk
  • 2 Messerspitzen Cinnamon
  • 200 g Flour mixture
  • 40 g Cocoa
  • 3 TL Baking powder
  • 125 g Ground nuts
  • 100 g Nougat mass
  • 150 g Bittersweet chocolate
  • 30 g Coconut fat

Preparation (9 steps)

Mix margarine, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar

Put 100 g margarine, 100 g powdered sugar and 1 pack vanilla sugar into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 4.

Add egg yolks

Add 3 egg yolks and mix for 15 sec/speed 3.

Add cinnamon, flour mixture, cocoa and baking powder

Add 2 pinches of cinnamon, 200 g flour mixture, 40 g cocoa and 3 tsp baking powder and mix for 30 sec/speed 4.

Stir in chopped nuts

Add 125 g chopped nuts and stir in for 15 sec/reverse/speed 2.

Process and bake dough

Fill the dough into a piping bag with a serrated nozzle. Spray about 4 cm long sticks onto a baking sheet and bake at 175°-200°C for 7-10 min.

Melt nougat mass

Put 100 g nougat mass into the mixing bowl and melt for 3 min/50°C/speed 2.

Fill cookies

Spread half of the cooled cookies on the bottom with the melted nougat mass. Place the remaining cookies on top and press down well.

Melt chocolate and coconut fat

Put 150 g bittersweet chocolate and 30 g coconut fat into the mixing bowl and melt for 3 min/50°C/speed 2.

Dip stick ends

Dip the stick ends into the melted chocolate.
