Description

100 g short noodles
150 g german sausage
0.5 Stück red onion
5 EL white wine vinegar
3 EL Water
1 TL medium-hot mustard
salt
1 prise sugar
4 EL oil

Preparation (5 steps)

Cook the noodles

Cook 100g short noodles according to package directions in salted water. Then drain and let cool.

Prepare sausage and onion

Cut 150g German sausage and 1/2 red onion into thin slices using the Wundermix WunderSlicer V2. Place the WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid and select the thin slice. Collect the sliced ingredients.
