Description

The creamy Savoy cabbage and ground beef noodle skillet is a hearty main course with Savoy cabbage, ground beef, and ribbon noodles, prepared in the Thermomix®.   • 500 g Savoy Cabbage
  • 1 Onion
  • 0.5 Organic Lemon
  • 150 g Ribbon Noodles
  • 1 EL Butter
  • 250 g Ground Beef
  • 150 ml Vegetable Broth
  • 150 g Crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare Savoy Cabbage and Onion

Remove the outer leaves from the Savoy cabbage, halve the cabbage, and remove the core. Cut the cabbage into strips. Peel and halve the onion.

Chop the Onion

Place the onion halves in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec/speed 5. Transfer.

Cook Noodles and Savoy Cabbage

Cook the ribbon noodles according to package directions in boiling water in an external pot. Add the Savoy cabbage to the noodles for the last 6 minutes.

Sauté Ground Beef

Heat butter in a pan and sauté the ground beef. Add the chopped onions and sauté.

Prepare Sauce

Add lemon juice, lemon zest, vegetable broth, and crème fraîche to the ground beef in the pan and season with salt and pepper.

Serve

Add the drained noodles and Savoy cabbage to the ground beef in the pan and mix. Serve with grated Parmesan.
