Description

  • 1 TL Sugar
  • 10 g Yeast
  • 1 Stück Egg
  • 350 g Flour
  • 0.5 TL Salt
  • 25 g Oil
  • 2 Stück Onions
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 30 g Water
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 0.5 keine Pepper, possibly season again

Mix milk, sugar and yeast

Put milk, sugar and yeast into the mixing bowl and mix for 2.5 min./37*/level 2.

Prepare dough

Add egg, flour, salt and oil and knead to a dough for 3 min./kneading stage.

Let the dough rise

Place the dough in a lightly floured bowl and let rise covered for about 1 hour.

Chop onions

Put onions in the mixing bowl and chop for 8 sec./level 5. Scrape everything down from the mixing bowl rim and chop again for 3 sec./level 5.

Prepare minced meat filling

Add minced meat, water, salt and pepper and mix for 1 min./kneading stage.

Prepare dough

Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface, form into a sausage, divide into 13 equal pieces and form into balls.

Shape Belyashi

Roll out each ball in a circle (not too thin), put minced meat in the middle and press down lightly. Make sure the edges remain clean.

Close Belyashi

Now go around the edge in a circle and press it together in a pleated manner, but a hole remains free in the middle.

Fry Belyashi

Heat plenty of oil in the pan and fry the belyashi on both sides until golden brown over medium heat, first with the hole facing down.
