Description

This dish of spiced poultry breasts, accompanied by a refreshing lemon sauce, is a real delight for the taste buds. The poultry, marinated in a blend of fragrant spices, is tender and flavorful. Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 packet white rice
  • 0.5 piece lemon juice
  • 1 container thick fresh cream
  • 1 c. à soupe paprika
  • to taste cayenne pepper
  • 1 c. à soupe cumin
  • to taste pepper
  • 400 ml olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • 1 piece chicken breast

Preparation of the marinade

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 3

In the Thermomix bowl, pour 400 ml of olive oil, 1 tbsp of paprika, 1 pinch of cayenne pepper, 1 tbsp of cumin, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. Mix 10 Sec./Stage 3.

Marinade of the poultry

Remove the marinade from the Thermomix and pour it into a salad bowl. Add the 4 whole poultry breasts, previously freed from their fat. Mix well to coat the poultry with marinade. Cover and set aside in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Preparation of the sauce

Thermomix® Setting
10 min/194°F/Speed 1/Linkslauf 90 Reverse

In the Thermomix bowl, pour 1 small jar of thick fresh cream, the juice of half a lemon, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. Add 2 cloves of garlic cut in half. Heat 10 Min./90°C/Stage 1/Reverse.

Cooling of the sauce

Remove the sauce from the Thermomix and pour it into a container. Let cool in the refrigerator.

Cooking the rice

Thermomix® Setting
20 min/212°F/Speed 4 100

Pour 1 sachet of white rice into the cooking basket. Rinse the rice with cold water. Pour 1 liter of water into the Thermomix bowl. Insert the cooking basket and cook 20 Min./100°C/Stage 4.

Cooking the poultry

Cook the marinated poultry breasts in a hot pan for about 10 minutes on each side, until they are well cooked.

Service

Serve the rice and poultry breasts hot. Coat the poultry with the cooled sauce.
