The combination of flavorful sausage and sharp cheddar is simply irresistible. They're incredibly easy to make, especially with the Thermomix®, and require minimal effort. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or even a quick lunch. You can easily prepare them ahead of time and bake them just before serving. They're also great for using up leftover sausage. Ingredients (3 ingredients)

450 g ground pork sausage, at room temperature
240 g biscuit baking mix
340 g sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation (5 steps)

Preheat Oven

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). This step is done outside of the Thermomix to prepare for baking.

Combine Ingredients

Add 450g room temperature ground pork sausage, 240g biscuit baking mix, and 340g shredded sharp Cheddar cheese to the Thermomix bowl.

Mix Ingredients

20 sec/Speed 4

Mix all ingredients in the Thermomix for 20 Sec./Stufe 4 until well combined. Use the spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl if needed.

Shape into Balls

Remove the mixture from the Thermomix bowl. Roll the mixture into about 30 walnut-sized balls and transfer them to a baking sheet. This step is done outside of the Thermomix.
