Description

These hearty skewers with pineapple are a real eye-catcher at every barbecue party! The vegan sausages harmonize perfectly with the sweetness of the pineapple and the spicy mushrooms. The marinade made from soy sauce and balsamic vinegar gives the skewers a great flavor. I especially like to make them in the summer when the grill is already heated up anyway. The preparation is super easy and the skewers are ready in no time. A great recipe for those who like it uncomplicated and delicious! Vegetarian guests will also be happy.

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 100 ml Soy sauce
  • 5 tbsp Aceto Balsamico
  • 2 tsp Paprika powder (sweet)
  • 2 Zehe(n) Pepper
  • 250 g Mushrooms (brown)
  • 3 piece Spring onions
  • 0.25 piece Pineapple
  • 4 piece VEGAN Sausages
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare marinade

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 3

Put 100 ml soy sauce, 5 tbsp Aceto Balsamico, 2 tsp paprika powder (sweet) and pepper into the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec./speed 3. Add 2 cloves of garlic and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Clean, halve and place the mushrooms in a bowl. Pour the marinade over the mushrooms, mix and let it steep for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.

Prepare vegetables and sausages

Wash, clean and cut 3 spring onions into 3 cm long pieces. Peel 1 quarter of pineapple, remove the thick core and cut the flesh into approx. 3 cm pieces. Cut 4 vegan sausages into pieces.

Assemble skewers

Alternately skewer mushrooms, sausages, onions and pineapple onto 4 skewers. Drizzle with 2 tbsp rapeseed oil.

Reduce sauce to a syrup

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/212°F/Speed 2 100

Put remaining marinade and 1 tbsp sugar into the mixing bowl and reduce to a syrup for 5 min./100°C/speed 2 without measuring cup.
