This Thermomix® recipe for Beef Skewers with Lemongrass and its Vegetable Bulgur is ready in 1 h and yields 4 servings. Step-by-step guide with precise Thermomix® settings on MixBuch.

Description

I love preparing these beef skewers with lemongrass! The meat, marinated in a sauce flavored with ginger and garlic, is incredibly tender and flavorful. The bulgur with small vegetables brings a touch of freshness and balance to this dish. It's a perfect dish for a sunny lunch or a casual dinner with friends. The preparation is quite simple, especially with the Thermomix® which greatly facilitates the cooking of bulgur and the cutting of vegetables. A real treat for the taste buds and an explosion of flavors in the mouth! Feel free to vary the vegetables according to your desires and the season. A little red pepper or peas would go wonderfully with the rest.
