Description

  • 2 piece ripe tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • parsley
  • 0.5 piece onion
  • 2.5 litros water

  • 1 pack prepared for broth (various vegetables)

Add the bones of the monkfish tail, 1 clove of garlic, half an onion and the two tomatoes to the bowl. Program 20 Min./100°C/Speed 1.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Cut the monkfish tail into large chunks and the potato into slices. Add the potato to the bowl and program 10 Min./100°C/Speed 1. Then, add the monkfish tail and program 10 Min./100°C/Speed 1.
