Description

This simple brownie is a delicious chocolate cake that is quick to prepare. It is especially easy to make with the Thermomix®. Preparation takes only 20 minutes, baking time is about 30 minutes. Ideal as a dessert or with coffee. The recipe is designed for about 25 pieces.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 1 Pck. Bourbon Vanilla Sugar
  • 250 g Bittersweet Chocolate Coating
  • 200 g soft Butter or Margarine
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 Msp. Salt
  • 3 piece Eggs (Size M)
  • 75 g Wheat Flour
  • 1 gestr. TL Original Baking Powder
  • 50 g Cocoa

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop chocolate coating

Roughly chop 250 g bittersweet chocolate coating and place in a water bath. Melt while stirring and set aside.

Mix butter and sugar

Put 200 g soft butter or margarine and 125 g sugar into the mixing bowl and mix for 2 min./speed 3. Add 1 packet Bourbon Vanilla Sugar and 1 pinch of salt and mix for another 30 sec./speed 3.

Add eggs

Add 3 eggs (size M) one at a time and stir in for 30 sec./speed 4 each time.

Stir in melted chocolate coating

Add the melted chocolate coating to the mixing bowl and stir in for 30 sec./speed 3.

Mix flour and cocoa and stir in

Mix 75 g wheat flour, 1 level tsp Dr. Oetker Original Baking Powder and 50 g Dr. Oetker cocoa, add to the mixing bowl and stir in for 30 sec./speed 3.

Pour batter into the mold and bake

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish (25 x 20 cm) and smooth it out. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat or 160°C convection oven for approx. 30 minutes (middle rack).

Let cool

Let the brownie cool in the mold on a wire rack.
