The combination of tender egg noodles and crunchy beansprouts, all tossed in a savory sauce, is simply irresistible. Ingredients (4 ingredients)

  • 3 nests medium egg noodles
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 4 piece spring onions
  • 300 g beansprouts

Soaking the Noodles

Place the egg noodles in a large bowl, cover with boiling water, and let them soak for 8 minutes, or until tender. This step is done outside of the Thermomix to ensure the noodles cook properly.

Add the beansprouts to the Thermomix bowl and cook for 2 Min./120°C/Stufe 1, stirring with the spatula to ensure even cooking.

Combining Noodles and Sauce

Drain the soaked egg noodles thoroughly. Add the drained noodles and soy sauce to the Thermomix bowl. Stir-fry for 1 Min./100°C/Linkslauf Stufe 1 to combine everything evenly.
