Description

Prepare a hearty GDR seasoned meat as a main course with the Thermomix®. Chicken breast, mushrooms and a creamy sauce made from cream and white wine form the basis of this classic. In just 40 minutes, including 25 minutes of active work, you can conjure up 4 servings. Ideal as an inexpensive and filling family meal or for lovers of home cooking.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 500 ml Chicken broth
  • 360 g Chicken breast
  • 1 EL Cornstarch
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 100 g Cream
  • 1 Stück Lemon (juice)
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 2 EL Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 EL Butter
  • 200 g Gouda, grated
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation (9 steps)

Chop onion

Put onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5.

Sauté onion

Add 2 tbsp butter and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Prepare meat

Fry the chicken breast in a separate pan and then cut into small pieces.

Add mushrooms

Cut the mushrooms into slices, add to the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add more ingredients

Add chicken broth, cornstarch, lemon juice, white wine and Worcestershire sauce to the mixing bowl.

Let simmer

Add chicken meat and cream and heat for 5 min./90°C/reverse rotation speed 1.

Add Gouda and melt for 2 min./60°C/reverse rotation speed 1.
