Description

This Thermomix® chicken and pepper pot is a hearty main course with chicken, peppers, onions and garlic. Preparation takes about 45 minutes and yields 4 servings. The recipe is simple and inexpensive, ideal for a quick family meal. The use of Paprika de la Vera gives the dish a special touch.

Ingredients (15 ingredients)

  • 2 Stück Garlic cloves
  • 100 g Onions
  • 400 g Peppers
  • 40 g Oil
  • 2 TL Paprika de la Vera (sweet paprika)
  • 2 TL Oregano
  • 0.5 TL Salt
  • 2 Prise Pepper
  • 600 g Chicken
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 1 EL Vegetable broth
  • 300 g Water
  • 2 EL Cornstarch
  • 150 g Cream cheese
  • 20 keine Lemon juice

Preparation (5 steps)

Chop garlic and onions

Put garlic and onions in the mixing bowl, Chop 5 sec./level 5 and transfer.

Sauté peppers

Searing 320°F

Put peppers and 20 g oil in the mixing bowl, sauté and transfer.

Sauté onion-garlic mixture

Add onion-garlic mixture, 20 g oil, Paprika de la Vera, oregano, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Cook chicken

15 min/212°F/Speed 1 212°F

Add fried peppers, chicken, potatoes, spice paste and 300 g water and cook for 15 min./100°C/level 1. During this time mix cornstarch with 3 tbsp of water in a small bowl.

Prepare and season sauce

Add mixed cornstarch, cream cheese and lemon juice to the mixing bowl, cook for 3 min./100°C/level stir. Divide into bowls, season, garnish with chives and serve.
