Description

This Cherry Cream is a simple and quick dessert prepared in the Thermomix®. The cream consists of full cream, mascarpone, cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice, refined with fresh cherries. Ideal as a light dessert or for special occasions. Preparation takes only about 20 minutes.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 200 g Full cream
  • 300 g Cherries without stem
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 60 g Sugar
  • Lemon juice

Preparation (5 steps)

Whip cream until stiff

Thermomix® Setting
35 sec/Speed 3

Insert the butterfly into the mixing bowl. Whip 200g full cream until stiff, watching, for about 35 sec./speed 3. Remove the butterfly and transfer the cream to a large bowl.

Pit cherries

Thermomix® Setting
1 min/Speed 4 Reverse

Weigh 300g cherries without stem into the mixing bowl, pit for 1 min./speed 4/reverse.

Let cherries drain

Pour everything into a salad sieve with a bowl underneath. Use the dough scraper to move it back and forth until only the stones are in the sieve.

Mix cream

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 3

Add 250g mascarpone, 200g cream cheese, 60g sugar and a little lemon juice to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 3.

Finish cream

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 4 Reverse

Add the collected cherries and the whipped cream and mix everything for 10 sec./speed 4/reverse.
