Description

This cherry soup with dumplings is a refreshing dessert for the summer. The combination of sweet cherries and fluffy dumplings makes it a special treat. With the Thermomix® preparation is quick and easy. Ideal as a light dessert or sweet main course for 4 servings.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

2 Gläser Sour cherries
1 EL Sugar
1 Pck. Sauce powder for dessert sauce (vanilla flavor)
250 g Flour
3 Stück Egg(s)
1 EL Sugar
1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
1 Prise Salt
125 ml Milk

Preparation (4 steps)

Cook the cherries

Thermomix® Setting

10 min/212°F/Speed 1 212°F

Put 2 jars of sour cherries with 1 tbsp of sugar into the mixing bowl and cook for 10 min./100°C/speed 1.

Add sauce powder

Add 1 pack of sauce powder for dessert sauce (vanilla flavor) and stir in for 5 sec./speed 3.

Prepare dumpling dough

Put 250 g flour, 3 eggs, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 pack vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt and 125 ml milk into the mixing bowl and knead into a dough for 2 min./kneading stage.
