Description

This hearty minced meat-cheese-leek soup is a savory main course that is ready in about 40 minutes. With minced meat, leek and creamy processed cheese, it is particularly filling and warms you up on cold days. The recipe is easy to prepare and is ideal for the whole family. Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 500 g Minced meat, mixed
  • 2 Stück Stalks leek
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 2 EL Oil
  • 1 l Vegetable broth
  • 200 g Processed cheese
  • 0.5 TL Salt
  • 0.25 TL Pepper
  • 0.25 TL Nutmeg, grated

Preparation (7 steps)

Prepare leek

Clean the leek, halve it lengthwise and wash thoroughly to remove any remaining soil or sand. Then cut the leek into fine rings and set aside.

Chop onion and garlic

Peel and quarter the onion and place in the mixing bowl together with the garlic cloves. Chop for 3 seconds/speed 5. If necessary, scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Sauté onion and garlic

Add the oil to the chopped onions and garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 minutes/120°C/speed 1.

Fry minced meat

Fry the minced meat in a separate pan until crumbly and then add to the mixing bowl.

Add vegetable broth and leek

Add the vegetable broth, the prepared leek, salt, pepper and nutmeg to the mixing bowl and cook for 20 minutes/100°C/speed 1. Leave the measuring cup on.

Add processed cheese

5 min/140°F/Speed 2 140°F

Add the processed cheese to the mixing bowl and stir in for 5 minutes/60°C/speed 2 until it has completely melted.

Season and serve

Season the soup with salt, pepper and nutmeg and serve hot. Garnish with fresh herbs as desired.
