  • 4 Blatt Gelatin
  • 150 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 125 gr Sugar
  • 300 gr Natural Yogurt
  • 1 Becher Cream

Soak Gelatin

Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water.

Heat Lemon Juice

Pour 150 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice into the mixing bowl and heat.

Dissolve Gelatin

Squeeze out the soaked gelatin and dissolve it in the hot lemon juice in the mixing bowl.

Add Sugar and Yogurt

Add 125 g sugar and 300 g natural yogurt to the mixing bowl and stir.

Refrigerate

Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate. Stir occasionally.

Whip Cream and Fold In

Whip 1 cup of cream until stiff. When the mixture begins to thicken, fold in the whipped cream. Gently fold in with a spatula.

Finish and Chill

Pour the lemon cream into glasses or a bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
