Description

This Long Island Cocktail is a true classic and perfect for warm summer evenings! I always make it when friends come to visit, because it is quick to prepare and tastes simply fantastic. The mixture of different spirits makes it a special treat. Make sure to have enough ice cubes ready, because it is served ice cold. Garnished with a lemon slice, it is a real eye-catcher and tastes wonderfully refreshing. An absolute must for any cocktail party!

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

1 slice Lemon
20 ml Vodka
20 ml Tequila
20 ml White rum
20 ml Gin
20 ml Orange liqueur
10 ml Sugar syrup
80 ml Cola soft drink

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare lemon

A slice of lemon is cut and incised along a segment. Set aside for garnish.

Extract lime juice

Extract the lemon juice into the bowl and set aside.

Crush ice

Fill the glass, highball type, with ice cubes and chop them in the bowl for 10 Sec./level 8.

Pour the fresh lemon juice, 20 ml of vodka, 20 ml of tequila, 20 ml of white rum, 20 ml of gin, 20 ml of orange liqueur, 10 ml of sugar syrup and 80 ml of cola soft drink into the bowl. Mix for 10 Sec./level 2.
