Description
This Thermomix® shake with pear, banana, yogurt and oatmeal is a quick and healthy breakfast in a glass. Prepared in just 10 minutes, the recipe provides two servings and is both vegetarian and gluten-free. By using almond milk and lactose-free yogurt, the recipe can also be made vegan. Ideal for an energetic start to the day or as a light meal.
Ingredients (8 ingredients)

1 Stück large pear

1 Stück Banana

0.5 Stück Lemon

150 g Natural yogurt 3.5% fat

2 EL Oat flakes
-
2 EL ground almonds
-
300 ml Almond milk
-
0.5 TL Cinnamon
Preparation (4 steps)
Chop pear and banana
Cut pear and banana into pieces and place in the mixing bowl.
Squeeze and add lemon
Squeeze 1/2 lemon and add it to the mixing bowl together with the juice.
Purée
Add 150 g natural yogurt, 2 tbsp oat flakes, 2 tbsp ground almonds, 300 ml almond milk and 1/2 tsp cinnamon and purée everything finely.
Serve
Pour into glasses and serve.
